Daily Duties at Wiregrass Hospice:
Responsibilities included regulatory compliance in clinical practices. Analyzed clinical outcomes to determine branch and regional directions in clinical practice. Oversight of multi-site locations as regional supervisor. Expanded operations into muti-state locations. Directly involved with multiple acquisitions during expansion period. Extensive travel in muti-site locations for operational oversight. Ensured compliance to Conditions of Participation and State Laws. Directly involved in operational development of staff. Managed an annual budget in excess of $20MM. Adjusted forecasted budgets to ensure continued rapid expansion within the organizational environment. Human Resource management was within the scope of duties included. Health, wellness and compliance to all regulatory agencies were ensured to mitigate risk for the organization
