Daily Duties at St Croix Hospice:
Overall daily operations and planning for multisite locations in Hospice. In coordination with the CEO and CFO, I prepared maintained and managed fiscal budgets of $70MM. Continuously monitored and revised budgets according to organizational sales metrics and need to maintain the highest level of quality care. Lead the organization through numerous acquisitions as well as de novo start up locations. My work also included work with administrative contractors to ensure compliance with organizational practice. As part of my routine duties I consistently ensured the organizational universe was safeguarded externally as well as internally from a risk management standpoint.
