Daily Duties at E4 D Technologies:
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software system failures, and replace defective components when necessary. • Remotely troubleshoot communication issues with wireless networking between support equipment. • Provide user support of Romexis 3.6 – 3.8 software, and Design Center software. • Provide Hardware/Software support, troubleshooting and consulting of Scanners, Wands, Milling Machine, Job Server, Router and Laptop. • Instruct Doctors, office staff and Field Service Technician in Preventive Maintenance procedures and care of the Milling Center machines
