Daily Duties at Hope Creidit:
Watch the caller ID for which type of call is coming in. Answer phone appropriately. Go to the proper script and walk the client through the sales funnel to a buying decision. Forward appropriate contract. Walk client through contract. Review contract and forward client and contract to account manager. 150 outbound calls made each day
