PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE Athletic Director 2015-Present Owens Community College Perrysburg, OH Owens, founded in 1965, is a public community college with campuses in Toledo and Findlay Ohio and serves 7,748 students with an academic and administrative staff 1,060. Tasked with leadership of all Owens Express Athletics including a staff of 16 coaches and administrative support staff, and all strategic planning, budgeting and revenue generation of the $434,000 P&L. Leads all marketing and communications including internal communications, website design, and social media management with more than 30,000 followers on targeted sites. Senior leadership skills recognized in appointment as Operations Director of the Student Health & Activities Center that includes five basketball courts, Fitness Center, Track and Weight Room, and led a 40% increase in student use of services. Created a targeted web-based fundraising tool within the Owens Express Foundation to increase donations by 20% year over year. Lead the athletic program to 8 conference championships, two National Runner-up recognitions and the 2018 NJCAA Division III Volleyball National Championship.
