Daily Duties at Barclay Group:
Review project specifics and due-diligence requirements; select and negotiate contracts with engineers, architects and other consultants in preparation of design and construction documents; coordinate with regulatory agencies to acquire project approvals, permits, inspections and final use and occupancy permits; assist with selection of the general contractor; observation of construction from project inception to final closeout; monitor project construction, design costs and review general contractor pay applications; develop Revit standards; prepare Revit renderings for presentation purposes, including exterior building renderings, rendered site plans and rendered floor plans.
