• Learn all about student’s personal dreams and goals to accurately help them find the career and subsequent degree pathway for them. • Help each student develop a personalized financial plan to help pay for college. • Train staff and students on in house CRM software. • Lead team meetings for advisor training. • Act as central information resource for staff and management.
