At McCoy Federal Credit Union, I was an active achiever. I took charge of the credit unions systems throughout 13 Orlando-based branches, and developed ways to track, solve, and archive I.T. issues reported by employees. I maintained numerous VM’s that utilized deployment software to support security updates on all servers and workstations.
