Reported directly to the General Manager, while maintaining and running the front of the house. Received and input bills into the system and balanced sales for the restaurant nightly. Filled out and complete paperwork that is then given to Human Resources, i.e. Direct Deposit Forms, Change Forms and Employee Attendance Calendars. Managed and overseen all employees, ensuring the quality assurance of products and customer service.
