Daily Duties at Seabury:

Seabury has dedicated itself to providing housing and support services for older adults. It is a not-for-profit, interfaith community, established in 1992, combines high-quality housing with high quality continuing health care.  Developed and managed budgets for both company and facility, staying within projected manual expenses for both  Instituted complete training and quality assurance programs which improved staff services as well as responded to customer concerns in the facility  Managed day to day operations and events for Independent, Assisted/Skilled, Memory Care Center and Home Health Facility, serving an upscale clientele of 1,200 residents  Sucessfully oversaw $3.48 million annual budget including but not limited to: 500,000 sqaure feet of facilities, 120 acreas of grounds, 24/7 security, AM / PM housekeeping / custodial, upgrading units, expense / capital and operations.  Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks or functions and work independently  Ensured compliance with contract report requirements by submitting weekly reports to the corporate office, including labor hours, supply usage/costs, and quality control inspection deficiencies  Received “No Citations” each year from Department of Health /CARF inspections
