Daily Duties at U.S Army:
- Implement safety programs and ensure compliance with all safety policies - Create and send reports to the Director of Operations - Coordinate staff schedules, training and onboarding - Review and analyze performance and suggest improvement plans to Senior Regional Manager. - Ensure completion of paperwork from each region and audit controls on time. - Monitor contract services budget and financial performance management. - Determines schedules, sequences, and assignments for work activities, based on work priority, quantity of equipment and skill of personnel. - Compute estimates and actual costs of factors such as materials, labor, and outside contractors. - Developed operating procedures for logistics, transporting over 300 pieces of equipment and cargo to Iraq.
