VP of Operations for the East Region, leading an impressive team for 6 Supply Chain Manufacturing/ Distribution Centers with 7 Directors, 52 salaried Team Members and 1,200 hourly Team Members, servicing 397 franchisees and 2,400 stores, with an operating budget of $670 million annually and EBITDA target of $54 million. Region is responsible for about 47% of all North American volume/business. Focus includes service, safety, controllable expenses, training, relationship building, team member development and continuous improvement measures. In addition, responsible for Agility pillar of Supply Chain Network, managing team that builds capability of predicting and/or responding with flexibility and swiftness to both internal and external forces, while partnering with internal and external stakeholders to improve capabilities to quickly assess and act.
