• Assisted the Court in its goal of providing just, accurate, timely, and efficient resolution of complex commercial and business cases, in addition to retaining legal business in Georgia and developing a robust body of business law in Georgia • Assisted Business Court Judges in courtroom proceedings, managed all documents/exhibits admitted into evidence, and assisted Judges with settlement conferences, hearings, and discovery/evidence disputes • Reviewed and researched Trial Briefs submitted by the Parties; researched and verified cited legal authority; performed advanced legal research of state and federal statutes, consulted with Business Court Judges, and assisted in drafting trial memoranda, case briefs, and judicial orders that went on to become established legal precedent
