• Practice focused on complex commercial litigation with a concentration on construction law; routinely represents clients in the construction industry by drafting contracts, providing general advice, handling construction defect and design claims, and filing lien, delay, surety and other payment claims; has tried cases to verdict in both federal and state courts, and has experience trying jury and bench trials; practice ranges from providing general corporate advice and counseling to handling employment discrimination charges and/or lawsuits, claims arising under ERISA and FLSA, and enforcement of restrictive covenants • Established track record of successfully litigating multifaceted business disputes before state and federal courts, Bankruptcy Court, the Georgia Court of Appeals, administrative boards, arbitrations, mediations and other alternative dispute mechanisms • Proven experience in a wide range of intricate and critical litigation involving clients ranging from small start-up businesses to Fortune 500 Companies
