Daily Duties at Macy's Inc:

Leader of the staffing organization in Macy’s largest region. Responsible for planning and executing work schedules, staffing and store optimization strategies for 24,000 base and seasonal associates across 140 locations. Responsible for a base annual selling payroll budget of $700 MM with total annual sales of $4.9BB. Supervise 8 District Director’s, 2 Managers, 8 Supervisors, and 32 District Execution Team colleagues. Work closely with Central Merchant, Operations, Human Resources, Regional and District leaders as well as executive teams in all stores. Conducted deep dive store visits in stores from Maine to Northern Virginia.
