Daily Duties at Flowers Foods:
I was the Director of the HR Shared Service Center. Under me, was two managers and 10 HRSS employee's. We collectively processed payroll on a weekly basis, keyed all master data for all bakeries, managed the unemployment process, sent out COBRA packets to terminated employees. I also was part of the project team for any new HR software that the group was bringing online. I assisted the CHRO with strategic initiatives for the HR department and I was a part of the Leadership team of Flowers Foods.
