Daily Duties at Citigroup:
◦ Led the SDLC of iterative Projects by running large meetings and owning and contributing to automation projects through their lifecycle including Requirements specifications (BRD creation), UAT testing and Migration/Rollout. ◦ Liaised with Technology and Business stakeholders to influence project rollouts and mapping out of processes, ensuring test cases were aligned with the BRD requirements and complicated concepts were expressed simply to users from various levels of the Finance and Risk functions. ◦ Drove solutions in standardizing Hackett Global Metrics which included analyzing and manipulating large amounts of data and presenting to senior leadership.
