Daily Duties at The Levy Organization:
Directed all aspects of the land acquisition, entitlement procurement, design, development, purchasing and construction for all real estate and food service projects nationwide. Was the principal officer in charge of the design, development and construction of the One Magnificent Mile mixed use building, located in Chicago, Illinois. This project consisted of one million square feet of specialty retail space, class “A” office space, and 182 luxury residential condominiums. As Executive Vice President of the company, also directed the development and construction of several suburban office buildings and 18 concept restaurants in various locations throughout the country.
