Daily Duties at Shell Vacations, Llc:
Directed the acquisitions, development, procurement, purchasing and construction of numerous vacation ownership resorts in Hawaii, California, Arizona, and Nassau, Bahamas. Selected Accomplishments Include: • Specific responsibilities included site due diligence, site selection, financial feasibility analysis, loan documentation, concept design, architect/engineer selection, negotiation of the general contract for construction, final selection and purchasing of all FF&E, and overall management of the development, procurement, and construction processes. • 2000- Received Gold ARDY Award from the American Resort & Development Association. • Developed on time and on budget the following resorts in Hawaii; The Cliffs Club, Lawai Beach Resort, Paniolo Greens and Kona Coast Resort. Project costs exceeded $1 billion.
