Daily Duties at Kb Urban, A Division Of Kb Home:
Responsible for all pre-construction, construction and development operations including preparing conceptual budgets, establishing development and construction budgets and schedules, retain all professional service providers, negotiate all construction contracts and ongoing construction management services. Built a division platform for project budgets, cost control, accounts payable, overall project reporting, and construction draw processes. Select Accomplishments Include: • KB Urban, in a joint venture with AEG Worldwide developed a 53 story mixed use project in the L.A. Live district containing: o 875 key J.W. Marriott Hotel, which included Diamond Ballroom at 25,000sf that seats 2,800 guests, Platinum Ballroom at 21,000sf that seats 2,300 guests and the Gold Ballroom at 17,000sf that seats 1,900 guests, o 123 key Ritz Carlton Hotel, o 224 Ritz Carlton branded condominium residences.
