 Reviewed company-wide energy consumption data to identify trends and establish an energy management strategy providing the highest value across the company  Developed and managed energy use and conservation programs  Developed scope of work, bids, and managed the implementation of energy conservation projects  Stayed abreast of current regulatory development and informed management of material changes  Managed Energy Plant budget, invoicing, load adjustments, and reported project financials  Analyzed energy data and provided client reports on project performance  Implemented improvement initiatives, monitored their progress and provided feedback to the utility company  Provided the leadership for the portfolio-wide energy management plans and integrated the processes into facilities and project management operations  Managed multiple complex projects and ensured that all met the established milestones  Served as the principal advisor and consultant for future construction and renovation projects
