Daily Duties at College Of Dental Surgeons Of British Columbia:
• Investigate patient and public complaints – involving: written replies to all parties; review of records/charts; office inspections; using my discretion as written in the Rules to dismiss a complaint, or refer to appropriate committees for further investigation; reporting to the Governing Council with recommendations for further Committee investigatory action, disciplinary action, or remediation. • Supervise and serve as staff liaison to the Continuing Education Committee, redrafting its Terms of Reference; • Direct and serve as staff liaison to the Ethics Committee, updating its Terms of Reference and supportive documentation;
