• Testing the conversion of program and data to a new platform along with functionality, accuracy and reporting defects. • Developing detailed, extensive and well-structured test plans and test cases. • Drafting procedures for staff and end users to use the new software. • Streamlining processes to improve operational efficiencies and to reduce duplication of work. • Providing senior quality assurance management with input and support related to testing direction/decisions.
