Daily Duties at Orange:
- Conducted research and analysis of the North Africa Mobile Telecoms sector, assessing trends, drivers, challenges and opportunities facing the sector - Benchmarked all the main Mobile Network Operators’ key operations and financial metrics in North Africa - Assessed the performance and market strategy of the company to guide investment decisions and set KPIs. - Helped formulate and regularly updated the company’s market strategy - Developed and managed the strategic planning, budgeting and product development processes
