- Built the business plan and valuation of the university - Structuring and raising funds for the University's Series A funding round. - Capital structuring, including structuring a defining the terms of a shareholder loan. Developing the universities M&A strategy - Overseeing the financial planning and analysis function. - Overseeing financial management and reporting. - Developed the international strategy, structuring projects, determining returns and funding plans and vetting and negotiating with partners / investors for prospective JVs in three countries.
