• Implemented BA centre of excellence within the PMO, offering mentoring opportunities to team and framework for project delivery. • Identified and documented business requirements and processes, produced use cases, process flow diagrams and conceptual solutions for business problems using an understanding of the business and knowledge of industry-specific and enterprise-wide technology drivers. • Strong experience utilizing use cases to analyze, define, and document business requirements and application scenarios. • Strong experience with activities, tasks, practices and deliverables associated with eliciting and clearly defining and documenting required business functionality. • Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating and resolving organizational, operational and process problems
