Directing and executing multi-channel campaigns, forecasting, loyalty, promotions, analytics, catalog, email, search, affiliates, re-targeting, mobile, and budgeting. Establish partnerships with brands such as Nike, Puma and Adidas. Directing program integration after four acquisitions. Achieved up to 52% sales increase. Manage up to nine staff and $15M budget. Establishing marketing CRM/Analytic system to organically grow sales. Deliver accurate forecasting. Developing and enhancing the customer loyalty program.
