Daily Duties at United States Air Force Reserves:

Serve in multiple capacities providing strategic leadership while maintaining control over various aspects of people operations. Established financial, operational, and human capital strategies and organized activities to ensure maximum productivity. Liaised with senior leadership regarding organizational design and change management to shape the vision and mission of the department. Aligned structure across the organization, building high-performance teams, implementing systems and processes, and driving growth, innovation, and continuous improvements.  Defined and implemented streamlined systems to establish a performance calibration process and protocol; resulting in consistent administration of talent and performance management practices.  Facilitated training for reservists and other ARTS to drive the achievement of tasks outlined in the Maintenance Control Center during deployment of Enduring Freedom (2001-2002).  Coached senior leadership concerning organization readiness; conducted assessments, facilitated training, improved communications, and translated action plans into strategies.  Spearheaded programs and initiatives that improved employee morale and job satisfaction monitored progression, making adjustments to keep positive perceptions within the department.  Analyzed and conducted QA reviews; performed multiple aircraft compliance inspections and provide recommendations to update and improve maintenance procedures.  Formulated solid personnel policies, practices, and procedures that improved communication.
