Daily Duties at The Debt Exchange (Debt X):
Responsible for the strategic marketing functions of DebtX, the world’s leading full-service loan sale advisor pricing $10 Trillion in loans annually, as fractional CMO. Lead DebtX’s corporate marketing team and efforts, produce its strategic marketing plan and launched its new website. Responsible for the market launch of DXScore®, DebtX’s proprietary credit rating system for commercial real estate loans. Accomplishments: • Developed and produced the marketing plan for DXScore that drove a 350% improvement in engagements, encompassing: market research, strategic development, product positioning, brand messaging, logo creation, budgeting, analytics, and the development of all product marketing materials. • Conducted DebtX customer research, directed the strategy and design team of the new responsive DebtX.com corporate website, and produced new digital and print marketing materials. • Launched DXScore via NYC and Boston premiere events with the media, directed national PR efforts, produced a series of videos, print and digital advertisements, and direct mail in support of the launch. • Created the digital and content marketing strategy for DXScore, including PPC, LinkedIn and Twitter ads, generating over 1.5 million impressions in the first 3 months post-launch at 85% of planned budget.
