Daily Duties at Verizon Enterprise Solution:

Assigned to largest accounts (First Data and Visa International) at the company with over $48M in annual revenue. Supports 9 Client Partners for 2 global customers around the world to exceed revenue plans. Account governance and day to day contact responsibilities. Held senior service position with accountability for contractual terms and overall client satisfaction. Build C level relationships and assisted with delivering VzB Solutions. Provides value to customers by hosting weekly service delivery calls with customers and internal supports to keep everyone updated on the status of each order. Develops risk strategies that minimize business interruption by hosting weekly network assurance management calls with customers and internal supports. Host monthly and quarterly service reviews. Implemented service improvement plans for all aspects of customer service, service delivery, network assurance, financial and contracts, reporting tools, portal including website entitlements, and training. Ensures service level agreements are attained which includes managing key performance indicators of supplier groups (Center of Excellences including Provisioning of Services, Financials, and Network Assurance).
