Daily Duties at Osn (Viacom Group & Kipco):

• Planning the broadcast of live and repeats contents among 6 sports channels. • Produce monthly grids in Excel, planning the programming schedules weeks and months in advance. • The work involves maintaining sport channels planning two-three months ahead. • Contributed to the decision making process in selecting and prioritizing events based on multiple territories audiences. • Oversees fulfillment functions to ensure appropriate communication and workflow across all departments • Release work orders for in-house fabrication and assembly parts toward broadcasting. • Analyzed and approved drawings in Broadcast Master Software – CMS Harris. • Social Media Management. • Digital Media content programming. • Evaluate current production processes and recommend improvements. • Adhered to the established communication protocol, including the promotion of regular conference calls, WebEx, and meetings to communicate and/or evaluate current performance and improvement plans. • Spearheaded to achieve departments goals with Advertising Sales & Marketing, Satellite Booking, Broadcast Operations and presentation schedulers where they all rely on the grids created and maintained. • Started as presentation scheduler in 2007, was promoted to planning coordinator in 2010, and finally promoted to Planning manager from 2013 till April 2019. • Instrumental in increasing primetime sport viewership. Helped in generating profits through increased subscriptions and commercial revenues.
