Achieved improvement initiatives by leading a team of nine in technical product development in an agile program, large SQL data set analytics, engineering support, and SaaS activities. Scope required detailed analysis of networks, competitor environments and KPI data to develop effective strategies to stretch resources, define features, and schedule delivery. Focused on creating and executing automated executive, marketing, and engineering analytics and reporting.
