Daily Duties at Ge Healthcare:
Directly responsible for all global IT support and service management teams and processes to establish and enhance a unified global IT Operations Model, while maintaining security and compliance standards to include operational processes, metrics, tools with a focus on reducing critical application downtime, while increasing proactive awareness and service experience for critical business lines, stakeholders and their customers. Global IT teams to include Server, Web, Database,. Middleware integrations o the support side and Change, Incident, Problem and global monitoring on the Service Management side of my global organization.
