I acted as the on-staff therapist providing counseling services for parishioners and specialized in pre-marital counseling, intercultural and diversity work, grief counseling, family therapy, pre-marital and marriage therapy, workplace counseling, children and youth issues, and geriatric work. I acted as organizational consultant to maintain an equilibrium within the culture and consulted with pastors about prevalent issues. I provided seminars for various Marriage and Family issues. I consulted with the Education Department on program concepts and helped implement changes needed.
