Daily Duties at True Visions, Inc.:
This was a short-term position where I was asked to be the Clinical Director based on my experience in the field. I conducted initial assessments for clients seeking MHR services and processed authorization paperwork with Magellan. I created treatment plans for new clients as part of the initial assessment. I conducted supervision of MHPs, including training in what is required to document and bill, the nature of the counselor/client relationship, and ethics training. I assigned new clients to MHPs. I conducted individual therapy and family therapy sessions and assisted the APRN with medication management appointments. There were various other management duties that pertain to the Clinical Director position that continued to become more and more undefined.
What they like about True Visions, Inc.:
You highly value a work environment built on a formal structure, rules, and regulations. You do not enjoy the unpredictability of shifting priorities and deadlines that upset your routine. You require and enjoy direction, input and accountability as part of your work environment. You have a strong need to participate in making key decisions and feel left out if your superiors or co-workers do not seek your input when making decisions. You thrive on providing good customer service to both internal or external customers, and doing so makes you feel good.
