Delivered quality staff training and minimized employee grievances.  Developed policies and programs for over 500 employees focused on: recruitment, on-boarding, wage and salary administration, staff training, employee/labor regulations and EEOC/affirmative action requirements.  Drove recruitment efforts across all levels, ranging from interns to subject matter experts (SMEs).  Negotiated health benefits and 401K plans in preparation for implementation at open enrollment period.
