Daily Duties at Production Management Institute:
I managed classrooms ranging from 15-70 diversified adult learners. I contributed to training administration, curriculum design and improvements together with Subject Matter Experts (SME). I spearheaded the human resource development strategy through the facilitation of training courses in Production Technology, New Venture Creation, and FETC Marketing for MerSETA and Service Seta. I also managed the individualized progress on portfolios of evidence (POEs) as well as weekly learners’ progression reports. I personalized instructions based in the needs, abilities, and learning styles of all students across the program and conducted learner observation and assessments within a specific learning situation; established personalized goals. I presented learner-ship training administration through one-on-one contact sessions. I conducted the training administration of all the courses I facilitated and assessed in this organization.
