Responsible for Project Management of Asset Development in Immuno-Oncology. Responsible for working with Early and late Development in transferring in lead assets for development into First in Human and transfer through late stage development and commercialization. Work cross functionally with multiple teams including Clinical Development, Clinical operations, CMC, Regulatory, Translational Medicine to identify strategy, lead times and develop critical development goals to optimize the asset and provide optimum potential for success. Support the development and characterization of biomarkers as required and combination strategies as well as working with partners, as required, to develop assets. Lead Working teams in creating value to the organization through novel strategies as well as supporting governance processes. Ensure key timelines, goals and potential risks are conveyed to senior management for risk assessment. Track budgets and arrange change orders as required within the pipeline. Accountable for timeline and budget of the Projects
