Daily Duties at Training Background:
Resident Windows Instructor at Computer Resources in San Juan Capistrano, California, teaching as many as 18 classes per month to groups of 15-20 people. Four years of teaching classes included ACT, Windows Fundamentals, small business accounting systems, word processing, spreadsheets, contact management, and computer network basics. Instructor of CRM and the Microsoft Office to Corporate groups. Taught computer training classes for numerous groups including a 120 person Fire Department, and various small businesses. Organized, promoted, and ran my own training seminars on Windows at hotels and businesses. Microsoft Partner and Small Business Specialist
