Daily Duties at Quoza Development Group:

Liaison between clients and offshore IT team (developers, DBAs, system engineers, designers / webmasters) for feature driven development using Agile development principles. Consultations with clients to define and draft objectives and set a benchmark for a minimum viable product. Consistently met and exceeded benchmarks to meet customer expectations. Performed stakeholder analysis / strategies for client interaction and presentations. Engage with key stakeholders to define deliverables and manage customer expectations. Developed project plans that define participant tasks, schedules and work expectations. Strong proponent of communication meets and collaboration within the IT team to measure progress metrics and take corrective actions via change management to limit impact on project scope, cost and schedule.
