Daily Duties at Warner Media:
Provide level 1 and 2 operations support for streaming media and VOD assets across Turner’s News, Finance, Sports and Entertainment business verticals. Digital content rendered via responsive web, connected devices and mobile platforms created brands like CNN, CNNGo, Money, TBS, TNT, Cartoon Network, NCAA and NBA. Monitored digital assets and associated cloud infrastructure to proactively identify and resolve issues. Ensured proper escalation procedures and protocols were adhered and aligned with internally defined priority matrix. Collaborated, engaged and coordinated with cross-functional engineering, development, editorial teams to deploy time critical workarounds to mitigate issues and facilitate blameless root cause analysis. Consistently met or exceeded internal SLAs and deliverables. Tracked, coordinated and broadcasted timely updates to stakeholders from incident onset to resolution. Prepared detailed situation logs for incident tracking and problem management. Provide inputs on performance and process improvements by collaborating with business consultants and program managers. Recommend and deploy time sensitive solutions and work arounds to mitigate down-time. Trained NBA event coordinators and assisted them on NBA related tasks through the NBA live season. Tasks include NBA Game checklist (Pre-game, In-game, and Post-game), communicated and coordinated with NBA engineering support, external vendors and the League during live subscribed events. • Liaison with business and product managers to ascertain the optimum level of information. Developed technical documentation for ERP/TRP (Event/Ticket Response Procedures).
