Joined new strategic initiative at GAF focused on establishing new value-added B2B relationships inside the building owner segment. Targeted potential clients from Real Estate Investment Trusts, Mass Merchant Retailers, Design & Build Developers, General Contractors, and Property Management companies. • Collaborated new C-Suite relationships with key influencers inside major building owners, such as Developers Diversified Realty, Inland Investments, Kite Reality, Phillips Edison, Bass Pro Warehouse, Simon Properties, Scannell Properties, Cafaro, General Growth Properties, General Motors, Ford, and Walmart resulting in strategic client share gains of over 70% (YOY).
