Daily Duties at Garcia Roofing And Sheet Metal:

Implements best practices, tools, project team structure, escalation processes, and project management decision-making responsibilities.Create and implement policy’s, review and update Employee Handbook Do Open Enrollments, administers company benefit plans by providing assistance to employees on benefits. Developing and follow up Safety Programs. Create and review job descriptions based in job analysis and organization needs. Implement Onboarding, Recruitment and Performance in Paylocity Platform. Create 360 evaluation system. In charge of HR Department
