Daily Duties at Compusulting International Ltd.:
Virtually all aspects of an IT consulting business including prospecting, selling to and supporting “C” suite clients and stakeholders, full P&L responsibility, hire/fire, strategic planning, systems analysis, design and implementation, project management, establishing hardware and software vendor relations, developing, issuing and analyzing RFPs including cost, deliverables, timelines, penalties, SLAs and KPIs. Additional responsibilities included leadership, supervision, staff training and mentoring, leading teams of system developers, sales people, and non-technical personnel.
