Daily Duties at Comtech Telecommunications Corp.:
Designed project plans (using MS Project), led daily project sprint meetings, directed and coordinated local and remote development and support teams working on: O365 E3 implementations (Excel, Skype, SharePoint, Power Apps, Intune), financial analysis and reporting systms, Azure AD, migration from physical to virtual cloud computing (Azure GCC and AWS Gov Cloud), SSO, MFA (including RSA), domain consolidations, server and domain controller level upgrades, ADP Workforce Now to AD and Costpoint integration, Concur, Salesforce, middleware systems utilizing SQL and various intranet systems. Interfaced with Microsoft’s Fast Track team. Investigated eLearning systems (LMS), prepared PowerPoint presentations to “C Suite” personnel.
