• Human Resources Recruiter: assisted client companies with recruitment projects for hiring call center Customer Care Representatives; had over 80% hiring & retention rate and was requested four separate project times. • Human Resources Assistant: managed employee personnel and medical files, upkeep of Affirmative Action Plan, compiled new employee benefit packets, conducted telephone interviews, made hiring recommendations assisted Human Resources Director and Vice-President of Human Resources with different projects. • Human Resources Director: supervised an Assistant, placed job advertisements for scientific personnel; recruited and participated in panel interview processes, made final hiring recommendations to the Chief Operations Officer and Chief Executive Officer. • Office Manager: monitored, reviewed, tracked and processed personal injury, property and vehicle insurance claims to include financial disbursements. • Human Resources and Customer Service Associate: maintained Human Resources and Payroll files and other related job duties to include conducting pre-employment background checks. Also assisted the Financial Analyst with various financial projects.
