• Contract position for Futaba Industrial Texas (FIT), On-Site Supplier of Toyota • Conducted weekly on-site orientation and training sessions: New Hire and Benefits Orientation and Safety Training, including Hazardous Materials, Bloodborne Pathogens, Lock Out and Tag Out, Ergonomics and personal protective equipment for up to 30 new staff members (every week). • Assisted with risk management & compliance related to manual and digital (records management & process management) content procedures, including prepared Workers Compensation Claims and administered first aid-medical attention, including transportation to on-site Toyota Medical facility. • Provided financial Key Performance Indicator and risk analysis information to management and Toyota’s main Plant Employee Production Group through created spreadsheet tracking systems and processes. • Constructed and conducted employee counselings and exit interview procedures to give upper management a better analysis of the reasons for employee issues and turnover. • Managed the opposite rotating shift of the HR Manager for HR department coverage.
