• Quality Assurance & File / Process Management of company’s Medicare related injury claims’ projects and reports while working in Citrix-SharePoint platform and utilizing the following programs: ImageRight eFile storage, Skype for Business, Web-TDS, MSP Navigator for ICD 9 & 10 codes, Filehandler, AIS, GCIS, and Legal-X. • Updated management’s department production reporting metrics, including revising numerous Excel programs for compliance and risk analysis related tracking and reporting. • Created and maintained an Excel Catastrophe Bulletin tracking sheet for each weather storm ISO reported as a catastrophe bulletin so that the Operations Manager was able to utilize this information for their risk analysis and Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
