Daily Duties at Wellcare Health Plans:

Directed the development and implementation of direct marketing strategies for six Medicare markets. Collaborated with state leaders to ensure telemarketing sales results met or exceeded monthly targeted levels and with Finance Department to establish lead generation expense controls according to corporate budget accountability practices. Supervised and led a team of 15 Inside Sales staff members and one outsourced telemarketing vendor; managed a $3 million budget in execution and delivery of acquisition objectives for all call center operations. • Designed and launched outbound telemarketing campaigns; added 12% in sales, netting $1.1 million in additional revenue. • Attrition of less than 1% with internal team members, and approximately 15% with vendor partners. • Increased sales 15 - 20% throughout tenure.
