Daily Duties at Centene:
Oversaw development of 200 (plus) agents and deployment of effective inbound (350,000 calls) and outbound (650,000 calls) telemarketing programs with operating budget of $8 million. Directed execution of Medicare acquisition strategies by collaborating with Finance Department to develop and institute lead generation/tele-sales expense controls in alignment with budgetary requirements. Collaborated with Sales, Training, and Quality Operations departments to deploy enhanced program specifications. Served as Service Director, managing Medicare/Special Needs sales function operations for the broker community, ensuring brokers and agents were informed and complied with all CMS regulations for the sales process. • Pioneered outbound campaign for the managed Medicare/Special needs consisting of 250,000 members; increased sales 10%. • Implemented Quality Control Program increasing customer satisfaction rating of 75% to 100%. • Sustained employee retention of 99% for internal teams and 15% with vendor partners. • Met all Service Levels Agreements (SLA); 80% answered within 30 seconds; fewer than 5% disconnect rate; and less than 2-minute hold periods. • Led industry average for sales team conversion rate by 5% and lead to sale 10%. • Client/member retention rate exceeded 90%.
